Social Media and some Law-Enforcement Officials constantly use --Procedure Problems as an excuse why some Police Officers shoot unarmed African Americans. In some cases, I agree it could be a procedure problem however, many of the shootings involving unarmed African Americans possess a touch of --Racism. In my opinion, political agendas or perhaps ostracization causes social media and government officials to dance around the true issue. This issue has plagued the African American communities as well as the Law -Enforcement communities for decades, --Racism.
Police Abuse, a verbal phrase that slips off the tongue ever so easily. Similar to "He reached into his waist band for something, so I feared for my safety and had to shoot". Think about these two phrases that are increasily becoming the norm when an unarmed African American encounters certain white police officers.
